The " School Day of Non-violence and Peace"

The "School Day of Non-violence and Peace" founded in 1964, is an initiative of Non.violent and Pacifying Education, celebrated in schools all over the world.
As you know, 30th January is the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi, the great Indian man , whose life was based on the principles of truth and non-violence.

The Nobel Peace prize 2014 was awarded jointly to Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzai, for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education. At the age of just 17, Malala is the youngest ever recipient of the prize.
